What is the easiest way to book?
The easiest way to book is through my online scheduling system, available 24/7 on the website. You can view real-time availability, choose your service, and receive instant confirmation. If you have questions before booking, feel free to reach out by text or email.
Alternative Booking Methods:
If online booking isn’t your thing, you’re welcome to text or email to request an appointment. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, as I may be in session.
Do you offer couples massages?
At this time, couples massages are not offered. Healing Path Massage is a solo practice focused on providing personalized, one-on-one care.
Filling out your Health Intake Form:
A health intake form is required for all clients. New clients will receive the form electronically prior to their first appointment. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your session so your time on the table can be maximized.
What to expect for your massage appointment:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Your session will begin with a brief check-in to discuss goals, pressure preferences, and any areas of concern. Sessions are customized to your needs, and your comfort and privacy are always respected.
What is your Cancellation / No-Show Policy?
Appointments require notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged the !/2 of service fee. This policy helps protect time reserved specifically for you.
Late Arrival Policy:
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment time. The full service fee still applies, regardless of start time.
Parking & Entry:
Specific entry instructions will be provided in your appointment confirmation to ensure a smooth arrival.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available year-round and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. They can be purchased directly through the website or by contacting me.
